XObject File

This file contains one or more custom XObjects that can be used within your Lingo scripts.  See the Using Lingo manual for instructions on using XObjects.

Keep this file in the same folder as the movie that uses it..

PICS File

PICS files contain a sequence of still images.  To use PICS files in your Director 4.0 movies, choose Import from Director’s File menu.

Protected Director 4.0 Movie

This Director 4.0 movie has been protected by the author and cannot be reopened. However, it can be used in a projector. 

Try opening the original, unprotected copy of the movie.

Director 4.0 Help Settings

This file is used by the Director online help system to store your bookmarks and personal notes. 

Keep this file in the same folder as the Director application.
